Payments, invoices and subscriptions on Sitavo

A seller usually sells one business once, and a buyer buys just as rarely. That is why Sitavo has no monthly subscriptions for buyers and sellers — there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. You pay once, when you choose an add-on yourself. The only subscription on Sitavo is Adviser Plus for advisory firms. Here is how payments, invoices, receipts and withdrawal work.

Buyers and sellers: one-off purchases, no commitment

• Listing package per listing, when you want more buyers faster: Visible DKK 165 or Premium DKK 495. See Listing packages and add-ons.
• Deal package per deal, once an offer is accepted: Basic DKK 1,295 or Plus DKK 3,295. The buyer, the seller or both of you (50/50) pay.
• Single purchases such as featuring on its own, a price estimate and a DD checklist, when you only need one thing.

Advisory firms: Adviser Basic and Adviser Plus

If you are a broker, lawyer, accountant or other adviser, your firm can become a Sitavo adviser. Sitavo never takes a commission on deals and never charges per client. Read more in Advisers on Sitavo.

• The subscription belongs to the firm. The firm’s owner or administrator orders and pays, and the invoice is issued to the firm’s name and CVR number.
• It runs one month or one year at a time and renews automatically on the saved card. On the annual plan you are notified 14 days before renewal.
• For a period, new firms can get a 50% introductory discount on Plus for the first 12 months. The discount is shown on the subscription page and the invoice.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs until the end of the period. Nothing is deleted when moving to Basic.

How to pay

1. Choose the add-on from the listing, the deal or the adviser portal. You see the price and what is included.
2. You go to Sitavo’s own payment page and pay by card. If you are a consumer, you confirm that delivery may start straight away.
3. You can save the card and pay with one click next time. Saved cards are only used when you pay yourself — and to renew Adviser Plus.
4. You receive an invoice from Sitavo by email, and the purchase is activated immediately.

Card payments are processed by the payment provider Stripe, and Sitavo does not store the full card number. If you are buying for a company, fill in the company name and CVR number under billing details before you pay — they then appear on the invoice, and you can deduct the VAT under the usual rules.

Invoices, receipts and your purchases

• Receipt and proof of purchase for a deal: once a deal is completed, both parties can download a free receipt and proof of purchase as PDF in the deal.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a consumer (without a CVR or VAT number), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. You withdraw under My purchases. A listing package, featuring or slot that has started is refunded for the unused part. One-off deliveries such as a price estimate, legal package and DD checklist cannot be withdrawn once delivered. The money goes back to your card within 14 days, and you receive a credit note. Business customers have no right of withdrawal. See the terms of trade.
