Newsletter or search alert?
The newsletter sends you one email a week with new businesses for sale across all sectors — or only those you choose. No account needed. A search alert is more precise: you save a search with, for example, sector, region and price level and are notified when a new listing matches. It requires a free account. Many people use both.

Confidential listings appear without figures in the newsletter. To see more, open the listing and, if required, sign an NDA. Browse all current businesses for sale or read how search alerts work.
What the newsletter containsNew listings since the last issue — digital businesses (online shops, SaaS, websites, domains, apps) and physical one…Guide
- New listings since the last issue — digital businesses (online shops, SaaS, websites, domains, apps) and physical ones (restaurants, shops, trades, manufacturing, services) in one overview, or only the sectors you have chosen.
- Category, location and the key figures for each listing, where the seller has made them public. Listings with a hidden price or an NDA appear without figures — exactly as on the site.
- Featured listings at the top. Sellers with the Premium listing package can get a spot in the weekly email; those listings are marked "Featured", so you can always tell which placements are paid.
- Only when there is news. If no new listings were published that week, no newsletter is sent — you never receive an empty email.
How to choose sectorsWhen you sign up, you choose whether to receive all new listings or only selected sectors.Guide
When you sign up, you choose whether to receive all new listings or only selected sectors. You can change your choice at any time via the link at the bottom of every email — the same link is used to unsubscribe. If you select no sectors, you get the full range. Your subscription is confirmed by email (double opt-in), and the address is used for nothing but the newsletter.
Thinking of buying or selling? The newsletter is a good place to start if you want to follow the market before you act.Selling
The newsletter is a good place to start if you want to follow the market before you act. As a buyer, read the checklist before buying, look at sold businesses by sector, region and time to sale, and get a sense of price levels with a business valuation. As a seller, use the seller guide to prepare your sales material before your listing goes out in the weekly email.
