More good businesses
in the right hands
We believe good digital businesses deserve to live on. When the owner wants to move on, we help find the right buyer – and when new entrepreneurs want to get started, we give them access to projects that already have customers, content and revenue.
We have bought and sold websites ourselves and know how hard it is: buyers sit in closed groups, the numbers live in spreadsheets, agreements are written from scratch, and the international platforms take a large share of the sale price. That is why we built Sitavo.
Preserves value
A webshop with customers and Google rankings should not close just because the owner wants to move on.
Creates opportunities
It is easier to start with something that works than to build from zero.
Strengthens the market
More deals with real numbers mean more realistic prices for everyone.
A large market without a proper meeting place
Danes shop online more and more, and behind the numbers are thousands of Danish webshops and digital businesses. Many of them will change hands in the coming years as owners move on or retire. Yet there has been no Danish place built for trading them. Today it happens in Facebook groups, through personal networks or on foreign platforms in English and US dollars.

A marketplace built for digital deals
Digital businesses are traded on traffic, subscriptions, platform and domains – not on fixtures and leases. That is exactly what Sitavo is built for.
Secure deals
Identity verification, an NDA before confidential numbers and a data room where only approved buyers see the documents.
Transparency
Revenue, profit and traffic sit together in the listing, and sellers can have their numbers verified by Sitavo.
The whole deal in one place
Messages, offers, letter of intent and agreements in one flow that both buyer and seller can follow.
Focus on people
Sitavo is Danish, and a human replies when you write to us.
We make the process
simple and secure
Whether you want to sell, buy or just see what is out there, a deal follows the same four steps.
- 1
Create a listing – Free and unlimited. Pull details from your website and your CVR number to get started quickly.
- 2
Get enquiries – Buyers write to you directly, and confidential numbers are only shared once they have signed an NDA.
- 3
Negotiate safely – Offers, letter of intent and due diligence in the same flow – with Danish templates.
- 4
Complete the deal – Agreements and a handover plan that both parties approve in the deal.

What you can do on Sitavo
Guides on the topic
Step-by-step knowledge that helps you make the right decision.
OverviewSell a business — digital or physical — with a free listing where you control what is shown and share figures under NDA.Introduction
- Sell a business — digital or physical — with a free listing where you control what is shown and share figures under NDA.
- Buy a business with search alerts, buyer briefs, data rooms and a deal process that takes you from offer to handover.
- Sell a stake to a partner, lease out the business or raise capital.
- Get a sale price estimate from key figures and sector multiples on the valuation page, and be put in touch with a broker for larger sales.
- Use templates for NDAs, letters of intent, purchase agreements and handover in the document library.
Safety throughout the processThe seller decides what is public.Safety
The seller decides what is public. Key figures and documents can sit behind a digital non-disclosure agreement, and a business can be sold discreetly without its name, town and recognisable photos until the seller chooses to show them. Buyers and sellers can get verified, and the deal process brings offers, agreements, data rooms and the handover together in one place, so nothing is agreed in scattered emails. How Sitavo makes moneyListings are free and unlimited, and so are messages, offers, NDAs, data rooms and the deal process.Guide
Listings are free and unlimited, and so are messages, offers, NDAs, data rooms and the deal process. There are no subscriptions for sellers and buyers. Sitavo earns money from optional one-off purchases: listing packages, a deal package once an offer is accepted, and single purchases such as featured placement and a sale price estimate. There is no percentage of the sale price, no commission and no success fee, and Sitavo does not handle the purchase price — the buyer pays the seller directly. See fees and prices.
