Listing packages and add-ons: Visible, Premium and single purchases

A listing for a business for sale is free on Sitavo and visible on the marketplace from day one. A listing package is for you if you want to reach more buyers faster. You choose it when you publish the listing, or later from the listing (the menu “…” → More visibility or in Edit listing). The package is paid once and applies to one listing — there is no subscription.

The listing packages

• Featuring starts automatically when the listing is active. If the listing is pending review, it starts once the listing is approved. If the listing is already featured, the package’s days are added on.
• The other parts are used from the listing when it suits you: choose the front page week, choose the newsletter send-out, upload documentation for verified figures or order the price estimate. Each part can be used once and costs nothing extra.
• The newsletter slot can be used once the newsletter has enough subscribers to give real reach. Until then it is kept for you.
• Upgrade: if you have Visible, you can upgrade to Premium and pay only the difference. Featuring is extended so the listing gets 30 days in total.
• Limitations: private listings (by invitation only) cannot get a package. Listings in a market test can get Visible but not Premium, because they are not shown on the front page or in the newsletter.

Try Premium for free

As a new seller you get the full Premium package free of charge for one listing for 14 days — including the front page slot, newsletter, verified figures, extended estimate and the network. You activate the trial package yourself from the listing before the deadline shown on the card. There is no commitment: afterwards the listing continues free of charge without featuring, and you decide whether to buy a package.

Where the listing is shown when featured

Featuring — in Visible, in Premium or bought on its own — shows the listing in these places for as long as the period runs. Each placement only shows listings that fit the context (e.g. the same category), and never your own:

• Top of the list: among the top 3 on the marketplace and in the category list, with the “Featured” badge.
• Front page and category: in the front page “Featured” section and at the top of the category page as “Featured in” the category.
• Similar listings: one slot in “Similar listings” on other listings in the same category.
• Help articles and AI search: a discreet card in relevant guides and at the top of the AI search when the listing fits.
• Search alert emails and the newsletter: at the top of emails to buyers whose search alert matches, and in the weekly email about new listings.
• Sitavo’s network: on our lookup sites where people look up companies, industries and addresses — including DanskAdresseAPI, DanskCVRAPI and findvirk. A click leads to the listing on Sitavo.

No limit — the slots rotate

There is no limit on how many listings can be featured, and your featuring starts as soon as the purchase is complete. Each placement has a fixed number of cards, so featured listings share the slots: on each view, the featured listing that has been shown least today comes first. Before you pay, you see how many other listings are featured in your category right now.

Single purchases

The front page slot, newsletter slot and verified figures are not sold separately — they are part of Premium. The price estimate is an automatic report based on, among other things, annual accounts from CVR and normalisation of the owner’s salary; it is not for the tax authorities, banks or court cases. The deal package

When an offer is accepted, the deal room shows the card “You agree on the price”. Here you can choose a deal package — or complete the deal free of charge with your own documents. If the seller has chosen “Use Sitavo’s agreements” on the listing, Basic is activated free of charge when the deal starts.

• Basic (DKK 1,295): purchase agreement, asset list and transfer declaration, filled in from the deal and the listing, a DD checklist tailored to the listing and a handover plan you approve item by item. For a share deal, the share purchase agreement and the company versions of the documents are used.
• Plus (DKK 3,295): everything in Basic plus an extended purchase agreement with optional clauses on instalments, earn-out, non-compete, transition period, warranty of key figures and retention — and a time-stamped handover report (PDF).
• Payment: the buyer, the seller or both 50/50 (default). The package unlocks once the full amount is paid, and each payer gets their own invoice. After 14 days without full payment the purchase is cancelled and anything paid is refunded.
• From Basic to Plus: you can upgrade later and pay only the difference. Your edits are kept.
• Acceptance is electronic with documentation: time, name, IP address, browser and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the text. It is not a MitID signature.
• Advisers with access to the deal can prepare the documents, but only the buyer and seller can order, pay and accept.

Payment and delivery

Everything is paid by card on Sitavo’s own payment page, and you can save the card for next time. You receive an invoice from Sitavo for each purchase, and under My purchases you see your packages, what you have left to use, end dates, status and links to reports and checklists.
