What companies sold via Sitavo in the last 12 months were listed at, relative to profit and revenue. Completed deals only, and a figure is only shown when at least 5 deals are behind it.

The Sitavo index shows what businesses sold via Sitavo were listed at relative to profit and revenue. There are not yet 5 completed deals in the period, so we show no figures until they can stand on their own.

How the index is calculated
The index uses the same basis as Sitavo’s quarterly reports and protects individual deals.
Only completed deals on Sitavo for whole companies with a public listing. Discreet sales, private deals and cancelled deals are excluded.
Each figure covers 12 months (four quarters), so single quarters do not cause large swings.
Price is the seller's public asking price, never the price agreed between the parties. Multiples only use exact, public figures.
A figure is only shown when at least 5 deals are behind it. Counts below 5 are shown as “fewer than 5”, so no single deal can be identified.
Time to sale is the number of days from the listing being published to the deal being completed.
